About Mirabai Temple
Located near Nidhivan in Vrindavan, this temple commemorates Saint Meerabai's residence in the sacred town from 1524 to 1539. The shrine was constructed in 1842 by Rajdiwan of Bikaner, Thakur Ram Narain Bhatti, and has been maintained by his descendants. The principal deity is Lord Krishna, worshipped in the form of a Shaligram Shila.
