1. Information & “as-is” disclaimer

Temple timings, festival dates, Panchang, horoscopes, contact details, directions and other information are aggregated from public sources, temple trusts, and automated/AI processes, and are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general information only. We make no warranty — express or implied — as to accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability or availability. Religious observances, muhurat, and festival dates can vary by region, tradition and panchang; always confirm critical details directly with the temple before relying on them or travelling.

2. No professional, religious or financial advice

Content (including AI-generated Panchang and horoscopes) is for informational and devotional interest only and is not astrological, medical, legal, financial or professional advice. You rely on it at your sole discretion and risk.

3. Bookings, sevas & donations

MandirFinder may facilitate seva bookings and donations to temples/trusts. We act as a technology facilitator only. Fulfilment of any seva, prasad dispatch, or use of donated funds is the responsibility of the respective temple/trust. Refunds, where applicable, follow the temple's policy. We do not guarantee any spiritual or material outcome from any booking, puja or donation.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways subject to their own terms. We are not liable for gateway errors, declined transactions, chargebacks, or delays. You represent that any payment instrument you use is yours and lawfully used.

5. User content & conduct

Reviews and other submissions must be genuine, lawful and respectful. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and moderate your submissions. We may remove, hold or reject content (including via automated moderation) at our discretion, without notice. You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, hateful, spam or false content, or misuse the Service.

6. Third-party content, images & links

Images and descriptions may originate from third-party/open sources (e.g. Wikimedia/Wikipedia under their licences) and are used with attribution to the extent practicable. Maps are © OpenStreetMap contributors. Links to third-party sites (including YouTube and temple websites) are provided for convenience; we do not endorse or assume responsibility for them. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us at legal@mandirfinder.com and we will review and act expeditiously.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MandirFinder, its operators, officers and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, reliance on any information, any transaction with a temple/trust/gateway, or any third-party content — even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 1,000.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MandirFinder and its operators from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

9. Changes & termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at the operator's registered location shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
