Eight daily rituals mark the devotional rhythm of the shrine. Thiruvanandal (Suprabhata Seva), the dawn worship, begins at 6:00 AM. Kalasanthi follows at 8:00 AM, with Uchikala at midday before the afternoon closure. In the evening, Sayaraksha takes place at 6:00 PM, and Ardhajama concludes the day's worship at 8:30 PM. General darshan is free for all visitors. Special darshan with priority access is available for a fee of ₹50–₹100, reducing typical wait times from 20–60 minutes to 10–20 minutes. Additional sevas (ritual offerings) such as Sahasranama Archana and Abhishek are available at varying costs, allowing devotees to participate in more elaborate forms of worship.

Brahmotsavam Festival

The temple's most significant annual observance is Brahmotsavam, celebrated over ten days in March–April during the Panguni month. This grand festival features a chariot procession that draws devotees from across India. The extended darshan hours during this period accommodate the large influx of pilgrims, making it the most vibrant time to experience the temple's religious life, though also the most crowded.
