Mangala Temple stands in the Harijan sahi locality of Patia village in Bhubaneswar, Odisha's capital. The presiding deity is the four-armed Mangala, depicted holding a conch in the upper right hand and a wheel in the lower left hand. The upper left hand is positioned in varadamudra (boon-granting gesture) while the lower right assumes abhayamudra (fearlessness gesture). The deity stands upon a pedestal within the sanctum. The temple is maintained by residents of the surrounding community and represents a significant devotional site within the region.
