About Vraj Hindu Temple
Located at 51 Manor Road in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania, Vraj Hindu Temple represents a recreation of the sacred pilgrimage sites of Vraj in India's Mathura region. The sprawling 265-acre campus houses the primary Western Hemisphere shrine of Shrinathji, accredited by the Prime Pontiff of Vaishnavism from Nathdwara, India. Beyond the main temple, the complex features physical and spiritual representations of Yamuna, Mount Govardhan, and a hermitage dedicated to Jagadguru Shree Krishna Vallabhacharya Mahaprabhuj. Over the past quarter century, the campus has evolved into both a pilgrimage destination and a center for imparting Indian cultural traditions to Hindu communities in North America.
