Vadakkan Koyikkal Devi Temple stands as a spiritually significant Bhagavathi temple near Kayamkulam in the Puthiyavila village of Alappuzha district, Kerala. The temple's most distinctive architectural feature is its two-story Sreekovil, with Sree Parvathy Devi enshrined on the ground floor and Mahadeva (Shiva) on the first floor. The temple also houses idols of Bhadrakaali, Sree Dharma Shastav, Naga Devata, Khandakarna, Yekshi, Yogishwara, and Brahma Rakshas. The shrine reflects traditional Kerala temple architecture with a Chuttambalam and Namaskara Mandapam.
