About Pocket E Temple
Located on Hare Krishna Hills in East of Kailash, this major ISKCON temple serves as the spiritual center for Krishna devotion in Delhi. The presiding deities are Sri Sri Radha Parthasarathi, with Srimati Radharani beside Lord Krishna in His form as Arjuna's charioteer, accompanied by Sri Sri Sita Rama Lakshmana Hanuman and Sri Sri Gaura Nitai. Worship follows the Pancharatrika system, the traditional formal service protocol. The complex encompasses the main temple hall, Govinda's pure vegetarian restaurant, a devotee ashram, and the Glory of India Vedic Cultural Centre. Architect Achyut Kanvinde designed the temple as an offering without accepting any fee. Seven aartis mark the daily worship cycle, from the pre-dawn Mangala Aarti to the evening Shayana Aarti, with darshan available free to all visitors throughout the day.
