The main sanctum houses Lord Shiva as the primary deity, with additional shrines dedicated to Ganesha, Hanuman, Vishnu, Murugan, Navagraha, and Lakshmi. The temple conducts daily rituals, regular abhishekams, and hosts numerous festivals throughout the year with particular emphasis on Meenakshi worship during the Tamil month of Aadi.
