The temple complex houses both the Jogulamba Devi shrine and the Bala Brahmeswara Swamy Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is managed by the Telangana Endowments Department and serves as the fifth Shakti Peetha among the eighteen sacred shrines.
