About Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Tithal
This beachfront temple, constructed beginning in 1991 and inaugurated by Pramukh Swami, features exquisite hand-carved stonework and houses idols of Lord Swaminarayan as the principal deity, complemented by statues of Lord Shiva, Parvati, Ganesh, Ram, Hanuman, Krishna, Radha, and Harikrishna Maharaj. Administered by the Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS), the temple serves as a significant spiritual destination for devotees visiting the coastal region and conducts regular daily sabhas, weekly satsang assemblies, and five daily aartis.
