The temple maintains a dedicated priest and organizes celebrations throughout the year including Teej, Raksha Bandhan, Krishna Janmashtami, Dashain, Diwali, and other significant Hindu observances. It functions as a bridge between traditional Nepali-Hindu practices and the local London community.
