The main sanctum contains the Vishweshwara Linga, which according to temple lore bears a mark from a legendary encounter involving a tribal woman and a bleeding tuber. The temple complex encompasses multiple shrines, including dedicated spaces for Lord Vinayaka and Goddess Annapoorneshwari, alongside a smaller Bhagirathi temple positioned near a sacred lake on the northern boundary. Devotional practices at the temple include traditional offerings of tender coconut water and coconut oil to the deity, customs rooted in the temple's mythological origins. The temple gains particular prominence during the Lakshadeepotsava festival in November and December, when the grounds are illuminated with one lakh earthen lamps, creating a luminous spiritual atmosphere that draws substantial crowds of devotees.
