Morning worship begins at 4:30 a.m. with the temple opening, followed by Usha Pooja at 5:00 a.m. Ethruthu Pooja runs from 5:15 to 6:15 a.m., with a Seeveli (procession) at 6:30 a.m. Pantheeradi Pooja occurs from 6:45 to 7:15 a.m. The Kalabham ritual takes place from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., followed by Ucha Pooja from 11:30 to 11:45 a.m. The morning session concludes at noon with Ucha Seeveli and the temple's closing.

Evening worship resumes at 4:30 p.m. Deeparadhana (the lighting of lamps) occurs at 6:00 p.m., with Aathazha Pooja and Seeveli from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. The temple closes at 8:00 p.m. During Karkidakam—the monsoon month in the Malayalam calendar when many devotees undertake special spiritual practices—the temple extends its morning darshan to 3:00 a.m., closing at 12:30 p.m., and reopens from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
