The Samadhi Mandir stands as the primary shrine within the Shirdi temple complex, housing the sacred murti of Sai Baba installed in 1954. Built in white marble over Baba's burial site, the shrine operates continuously from 4 AM to 11:30 PM daily. The temple maintains an eternal dhuni fire that has burned continuously since Sai Baba's time, and the complex includes four sacred sites that trace Baba's daily route through the village: the main Samadhi Mandir, Dwarkamai (where he lived for 60 years), Chavadi (his alternate resting place), and Khandoba Mandir. The shrine is managed by the Shree Saibaba Sansthan Trust and serves as a living center of devotion with structured worship rhythms marked by four daily aartis.
