Located in Madavar Vilagam, approximately one kilometer south of Srivilliputhur in Virudhunagar district, Tamil Nadu, this Dravidian-style temple stands as the largest Shiva temple in the district. The primary deity is Vaidyanathar, the God of healing, with his consort Parvati worshipped as Sivakami. The temple complex encompasses two precincts and features the Siddhamirtham tank, whose holy waters are traditionally believed to cure ailments and diseases.
